• Negative screening, where we seek to eliminate companies that participate in business practices such as abortion, pornography, and addictive substances like alcohol and tobacco, and,
• Positive screening, where we seek to find companies that are doing great work and making a positive impact on their employees, their supply chain, their communities and the world! We call those Shining Light Companies.
